FAQ

What is Build Any?

BuildAny is a suite of digital platforms designed to help teams build, automate, and scale faster — without heavy development overhead. It includes:

BuildAnyAgent — curated AI agents to supercharge knowledge workers

BuildAnyApp — a powerful no-code engine for automating and integrating business systems

Who is Build Any for?

BuildAny is built for:

Enterprises and public sector teams who need smarter tools without reinventing everything

Knowledge workers who want to delegate repetitive and complex tasks to AI agents

IT teams who need powerful automation without fragile code

Business leaders who want visibility, control, and execution across departments

What’s the difference between Build Any Agent and Build Any App?

BuildAnyAgent: Focuses on AI agents for knowledge work — agents that support human workflows, manage tasks, integrate with your tools, and even collaborate as project teams.

BuildAnyApp: A no-code platform for building data fabrics, automation, and internal tools. It’s incredibly powerful, but currently used behind the scenes rather than client-facing.

Can I build my own custom AI agents?

To a degree — yes. But BuildAnyAgent is focused on pre-curated, expert-trained agents built for real-world business roles. You can customise their behaviours, assign them to projects, and integrate them with your tools — but you don’t have to start from scratch.

How does project-based AI work?

You can create “projects” in BuildAnyAgent and assign a team of AI agents to that project. In upcoming releases, you’ll be able to:

  • Host scrums with your AI team

  • Sync project insights with tools like Airtable or Trello

  • Get smart suggestions based on project type

What kind of integrations are supported?

We’re actively building native integrations with tools like:

Airtable

CRMs

Project Management platforms

Internal databases

And more via API/webhooks

This lets your agents pull in context, push out updates, and collaborate seamlessly across your stack.

What are “Initiatives” in BuildAnyAgent?

Initiatives are curated playbooks of AI, methodology, and automation designed to solve specific problems at scale.
Example: Our “PNL Impact Assessment” initiative for local government helps automate financial reporting, reduce errors, and enable smarter policy decisions.

Can I use BuildAnyApp myself?

Not yet. BuildAnyApp is currently deployed through Newton Day and our partners, due to its powerful but complex nature. We’re working on future releases to make it more accessible.

Who owns BuildAny?

BuildAny is developed by Newton Day, a UK-based digital consultancy focused on holistic data strategy and AI enablement. You’ll see “by Newton Day” across our sites.

Can BuildAny platforms be white-labelled?

Get in touch — we do support strategic white-labelling and partnership deployments for enterprise and government use cases.
